Who We Evaluate

  • Customs and Border Protection (CBP) applicants

  • Police department candidates (municipal and regional)

  • 911 Telecommunicators

  • Private security personnel (MMPI testing, PSP-13 form completed)

Why These Evaluations Are Required

Fitness-for-Duty & Return-to-Work Evaluations

We provide psychological evaluations for law enforcement officers and public safety personnel who are on leave or under review due to mental health, behavioral, or performance concerns.


Who We Evaluate

  • Active law enforcement officers (local, state, and federal)

  • Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers

  • Public safety and private security personnel

When These Evaluations Are Requested

  • Following a critical incident (e.g., officer-involved shooting)

  • After a mental health leave or treatment episode

  • Due to behavioral concerns raised by supervisors or colleagues

  • As part of a department-mandated return-to-duty process

Purpose of the Evaluation

  • Determine if the individual is psychologically fit to return to duty

  • Assess risk to self, others, or job performance

  • Provide guidance to the referring agency regarding readiness and support needs
