You get the opportunity to check whether our clinicians are accepting new clients and send an appointment request.
Our online scheduling system is easy to use and will walk you through the process step-by-step.
If you’re a a new client, remember to select the “I’M A NEW CLIENT” box
Once you select a clinician, you’ll have an option of either VIDEO OFFICE or CHANDERBHAN PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES/IN PERSON–which means an in-person appointment.
Remember to select the type of appointment. All new clients for therapy should select “First session (new clients)-face to face or telehealth”
Remember to upload a picture of the front and back of your insurance card and fill out the requested insurance information so your benefits can be verified before your visit.
-
Your clinician will respond to the request and either suggest a new time OR accept the request and send you new client forms to fill out.
We encourage you to fill out these forms at least a week before your appointment. If you are using insurance, this gives us time to check your benefits and give you an estimate of your financial responsibility.
-
See PAYMENT page for the types of insurance we accept. If we do accept your insurance, it depends on the type of policy you have. You may have to pay a co-pay for each visit or you may have a different type of policy that requires you to cover the cost of the visit.
After you schedule your appointment, fill out your forms and remember to upload a picture of the front and back of your insurance card and fill out the requested insurance information so your benefits can be verified before your visit.
We will email you the estimate we received from your insurance company about what your financial responsibility is
Please note that this is an estimate as insurance companies do not guarantee a quote of benefits they give to providers. Typically, we receive the most reliable estimate after your first claim is submitted.
