Jessica Resendez, M.A., LPC,
Licensed Professional Counselor
My goal as a therapist is that the client allows me to walk along with them as they face unexpected life challenges in this constantly changing world. I wholeheartedly encourage my clients to learn, explore and embrace vulnerability. Our goal in therapy is to investigate their unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and actions by using a cognitive behavioral approach. It’s okay to ask for help and I want to reassure you that you do not have to go through life’s ups and downs alone. I hope that my genuine and empathetic approach can allow my clients to feel safe and welcomed in therapy.
My areas of specialty include
Infertility
Body-image issues
Self-esteem issues
Grief and loss
Relational and interpersonal challenges
Personal growth and life evolution in any stage of your life.
